And frankly, I feel that Wargaming is not listening to their player-base except when it suits them or when its tremendously loud. I know this sounds overboard, and perhaps not entirely understandable, but I don't want to keep investing in something that takes away something that bring's a smile to my face. And I don't want to support a company that makes arbitrary changes that impact my enjoyment of their game and waste my time and money. I invested real money into the at-2 in the form of camouflage and emblems and inscriptions, and when you nerf it so much that I don't want to play it then I invested real money into a tank that is wasted. Wargaming is taking away one more thing from the game that is enjoyable to me. And, at least to me, it is infuriating that Wargaming is going to straight up nerf a tank that is actually balanced, especially since there are some that aren't. When I am having a bad world of tanks day tanks like the at-2 and the tog 2 are what brings a smile back to my face and makes the day go better. I know this is stupid but I wish to make some additional comments. Please consider giving ELC, 13 75, and other overshadowed tanks some love.

I'm about to get it and I'll be pissed if you do. And NO WARGAMING, DON'T NERF THE BATCHAT. It's a slow assault tank, so surely it deserves a little compensation for all of this. I think AT 2 deserves a little extra mobility in compensation, or maybe a soft stat buff. Don't misunderstand me now, because the ELC is incredible in the hands of a good player, but the maps, matchmaking, and weaker overall stats can really kill the tank. Every time I manage to kick major in it, I think of it as a dose of revenge. However, I still love my ELC to pieces, and it has a permanent place in my garage. The tank is a shadow of its former glory, and if you want a competitive Tier V scout, just go with any of the others. I'm still hurting on the inside from the AMX ELC bis nerf. I'm not sure if I should be bothered by this nerf because of how many I've seen since earlier this year. LOL Pens every time with my Russki tank though. It was a pain in the though because of its spam cannon and the fact RNG somehow makes me miss cupola at point blank. Sure it was annoying as hell to go up against, but all I need to do is hit the fat cupola or flank. I think the AT 2 was a perfectly balanced tank. I feel the at-2 is being changed unnecessarily like the planned Batchat changes, the problem is that no-one knows about it since its not a tier 10 medium. A little bit ago Wargaming planned on changing the Batchat as well, but due to an overwhelming community response htey changed it because of the massively negative feedback they received. No-one has complained about it being overpowered, needing an armor nerf, or anything else. At the end of the day the at-2 is good as it already is. I don't care for this kind of inconsistency.

If they nerf the at-2 they should massively enlarge the cupola's on the t-95 and reduce its armor dramatically as well. The gun on the at-2, as well as its speed are a nice offset to the pretty good armor on it. The primary reason for the nerfs to this vehicle seem to be, not that it is overpowered but that they want the tier 5 tank to be worse so that the changes to the tier 6 appear to be an upgrade. I have played hundreds of battles in mine and it is not overpowered. Right now the thing that makes the at-2 a solid tank that is enjoyable is its armor.
Nerf suit of armor Patch#
In the last patch of 2017 Wargaming plans to utterly nerf the armor of the at-2 to the point where the tank will be practically unplayable.
